Family Rights
- Distant weddings, A resident in another country can wed in Honduras with a special power of attorney, with out moving from its own country. Likewise he can divorce, fight for the patria potestas of natural sons or daughters, adopt children, acknowledge one´s child who wasn´t acknowledged, rectify and replace birth certificates of his children. Every thing permitted by the family laws.
