- In 1971 the first Lawyers & Notaries Desk was legally well-founded as a limitedliability company, with multiple services originally established in the city of San Pedro Sula, Cortés.

Being its initial founders Marco Tulio Dominguez Sandoval, Oscar Raul Matute, y Victor Sabillón Fernández all of them attorneys at law, of a recognized professional trajectory and well known prestige in the city of San Pedro Sula, Later arose in corporations made up of new lawyers generations basically the descendants of the founders, who actually develop a very important role, leaded by attorney at law Humberto Dominguez Aguiluz, the executive manager, son of one of the founders, Marco Tulio Dominguez Sandoval.
